Provider and contract

Aivana GmbH, Paulusstr. 45a, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany. Contact: info@aivana-gmbh.ai. These product-specific terms are exclusively for business customers. A contract arises through acceptance of an individual written offer, not through installation, a demo, an enquiry or starting a trial. For AIVANA Team, that offer and the product-specific terms incorporated into it govern; different shop terms are not silently adopted.

Service and right of use

During the agreed term, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AIVANA Team for one named Azure DevOps organisation and up to three activated projects. Shared decision history, frozen sources, roles and JSON export are provided as a managed Cloudflare service. Local rule analyses and dashboard widgets remain independently usable. The customer provides an Azure DevOps account and the required access rights.

Each project includes 200 history entries; each snapshot supports up to 128 KiB and 256 relevant sources. Project analyses read at most 5,000 work items; subsets and limited evaluation are indicated. Analysis is explicitly started; there is no background monitoring. AI, forecasting, coding agents, automatic changes, actual SAP/D365 integration and automatic release approvals are not included in this plan. SAP and Dynamics 365 describe the requirements contexts examined, not a promised ERP connection or partnership.

Price, trial and term

149 EUR net per organisation per month plus legally applicable VAT. Invoiced by Aivana, payable within 14 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in the offer. Includes the described team service and standard support; additional projects or special services require a separate offer. Microsoft does not bill this offer and there is no automatic Stripe checkout.

The minimum term is one month. Renewal is monthly; cancellation in text form is possible until the last day of the current paid contract month at info@aivana-gmbh.ai. Aivana confirms the contract end date. Operator-activated trials last at most 14 days, are free and do not automatically become paid. The internal pilot is not a paid customer licence.

Responsibilities and limits

Customers name the authorised people and check whether project sources may be transferred to the service. AIVANA roles allow access to all stored sources of the relevant project; Azure area permissions do not carry over to historical snapshots. Administrators must consider this expanded source access when assigning roles. Credentials must not be shared.

Findings and action options support business review. They do not guarantee completeness, absence of errors, legal compliance, a successful release or commercial success. Decisions and approvals remain with the customer. Hash chaining and application rules are not a qualified signature; infrastructure administrators remain privileged. Mandatory statutory rights and liability provisions remain unaffected. Individual liability or availability agreements are made only in the written offer.

Data, contract end and changes

Rights to customer data remain with the customer. Aivana processes sources on documented instructions under a separate data processing agreement. Licence expiry blocks additions and role changes; existing authorised people can initially read and export stored data. Deletion and return follow the data processing agreement. A security-related suspension may interrupt access; support assesses the individual case. Price or material service changes require a separate agreement; already stored decisions are not changed retroactively.

Support

The product-specific support description applies. Microsoft Azure DevOps and Cloudflare have their own terms. Technical updates may be provided without making business release decisions for the customer.
