AIVANA Decision Intelligence Team

Document version 0.16.1 · 2026-10-17.

Identify business risks. Check sources. Trace decisions together.

AIVANA extends Azure Boards with rule-based release risks, interface conflicts, business change impacts, acceptance gaps and source-backed action options. The team service records who documented each decision against which source snapshot and indicates when a new analysis requires another review.

Who is it for?

Project leads, business analysts, product owners and delivery teams with complex business interfaces, such as SAP/Dynamics 365 order-to-cash. The included O2C case is synthetic; it is not evidence of an actual ERP test execution.

Features

Getting started

  1. Install the extension in Azure DevOps Services. The extension requests read-only access to work items, projects/teams and profiles.
  2. Start an analysis in Boards → AIVANA and inspect the sources. Local analyses do not require sharing data with Cloudflare.
  3. Agree a team-service offer specifying the organisation name/ID, project ID and desired initial administrator.
  4. After activation, explicitly allow Cloudflare identity verification in the decision history. Short-lived tokens are not stored.
  5. Other participants confirm their own Azure project access; the AIVANA administrator assigns roles explicitly.
  6. Review and deliberately document decisions. Documentation is not automatic release approval.

Price and limits

Team: 149 EUR net per organisation per month plus VAT, up to three activated projects, cancellable monthly. Invoiced by Aivana; a 14-day trial after activation with no automatic conversion. Per project: 200 shared entries; per snapshot: 128 KiB/256 relevant sources. Up to 5,000 work items per explicitly started project analysis. No background monitoring, general semantic completeness checks or probability estimates. No AI in this edition.

Source access

Cloudflare roles apply to all stored sources of the activated project, not individual Azure areas. Historical sources can also contain names and confidential text. The intended people and projects must be agreed before activation. History is retained until agreed deletion; licence expiry blocks new entries, not existing export access.
